Sedisha completed her physiotherapy degree (magna cum laude) at the University of Durban-Westville. She furthered her work experience overseas and in 2006 completed a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine in the United Kingdom. In 2014 she completed her Masters degree in Advanced Neuromuskuloskeletal Physiotherapy at the prestigious King’s College in London.
She has been active in research in South Africa and the United Kingdom and also peer reviews current research. She is a teacher and mentor for the Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) post-graduate course.
Sedisha has extensive experience in private practice treating a wide range of both traumatic and elective conditions with a focus on end-stage rehabilitation in elite and novice sportsmen and women.
